Ive seen firsthand how a CEOs presence on social media changes how people view a company. Customers, employees, and potential hires want to know whos steering the ship. When I show up online and share my perspective, the conversations become more genuine, and trust starts to build. Its not about self-promotion its about showing the real person behind the title.
As leaders, we want our employees to be innovative, always looking for ways to better please our customers, right? Actually no. Or should I say, not when it comes at the expense of achieving your strategy. Lets illustrate with a scenario. Imagine for a moment that you are CEO of a budget airline.
